Terms of Service for Little Kitty Creations (EquinoxKitty)By purchasing an item from Little Kitty Creations (EquinoxKitty), the buyer is agreeing to these Terms of Service.General
- The buyer must be 18 or older. I do not work with minors.
- All payments are discussed in USD (United States Dollar).
- Payments are made via Stripe. I do not take Paypal.Contact and Updates
- Updates for suit work and personal life events are often posted to my social media.

- Any purchase or commission can include a payment plan.
- Payment plans will be done with third-party apps via Stripe.
- Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm have several types of payment plans available that the client will be able to pick from.IMPORTANT
- Little Kitty Creations will not do business with individuals that identify as zphiles, pdophiles, nzis, or any other offensive or hateful group.
- Little Kitty Creations reserves the right to refuse service and blacklist customers for any reason, but especially for the reasons listed above.
- Little Kitty Creations supports LGBTQIA+ rights and will blacklist individuals that are offensive or otherwise against LGBTQIA+ rights.Ignorance of these terms of service will not prohibit the customer from agreeing and abiding to the terms.Custom Work
- If the customer's suit has no progress within 6 months of it being started, the customer can request a full refund.
- Little Kitty Creations reserves the right to cancel a client's slot at their discretion for whatever reason. This is case-by-case; issues on Little Kitty Creation's end will always be issued a refund, whether partial or full.
- Clients cannot sell their custom slot under any circumstances.
- Clients that disregard or ignore messages from Little Kitty Creations regarding their commission slot may have their slot canceled and refunded.
- Clients that continually spam Little Kitty Creations may receive a warning or their commission slot may be cancelled. (Weekly messages are okay, biweekly are preferred!)
- Little Kitty Creations will not take deadlines. A client can request a deadline, but this is not guaranteed. Little Kitty Creations does not take rush or urgent orders.
- A client requesting a design change acknowledges that this may not be possible depending on how much progress Little Kitty Creations has made.
- The client understands that Little Kitty Creations may not be able to accommodate all requests for their commission, though I will try my best and communicate with the client at all points!Refunds and Returns
- All products are sold as-is. Little Kitty Creations has a no return, no refund policy.
- No product will be perfect. By purchasing from me, the buyer understands that any product from me is expected to have reasonable minor flaws.
- [For Premades] Recommended sizing will be provided. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and know what will fit them. All premades are sold as is. No modifications will be made.
- Extensive pictures will be taken of the product before it is shipped to ensure that any damages discovered upon arrival were caused by shipping or other outside forces.To reiterate: purchasing guilt is not cause for a refund or return. It is up to the buyer to ensure they are purchasing a suit that fits them.Fursuit Care and Allergies
- ALLERGEN WARNING: cat and dog allergens. No animals are allowed into my workspace, but I do cohabitate with dogs and cats.
- I am not responsible for any allergic reaction from the fursuit due to dust, animals, etc.
- Fursuits may be washed using a regular laundry detergent. Be mindful if you are allergic to this detergent and wash with care.
- Because furs and boxes can make the workspace smell like a warehouse, I sometimes use febreeze and air fresheners. Please keep this in mind if you have sensory issues with perfumes. Wash carefully before wearing the costume.

- Once a suit is out of my workshop, I am not responsible for the actions of any person dressed or in possession of Little Kitty Creations suits.
- It is impossible and unreasonable to expect me to background check every person who purchases from my shop. As such, I will say this: Little Kitty Creations is not affiliated with customers other than by a purely business and impersonal transaction. Any person wearing a Little Kitty Creations suit is accountable for their actions and Little Kitty Creations does not condone unacceptable or despicable behavior.
- Little Kitty Creations currently does not offer repairs or warranties on any suit parts, including finished fursuit heads, partials, foam bases, fursuit parts, or other miscellaneous items. This is because Little Kitty Creations is a hobby shop ran by one person, and there is not enough time to offer repairs.However, on a case-by-case situation, Little Kitty Creations may repair:
- Popped seams or other damages caused by regular wear
- Accidental tears or holes
- Or other issues from Little Kitty Creation's endLittle Kitty Creations does not repair:
- Wear or damage deemed to be from irresponsible ownership and wearing
- Suits that have been used/stained/otherwise participated in adult activities
- Suits that have been worked on by other makersTo be clear: adults can use their product from Little Kitty Creations however they desire. Understand that Little Kitty Creations will not allow any suits back in the workshop that have been used in adult activities, including: sexual activities of any kind and smoking cigarettes and/or marijuana.
Little Kitty Creations does not allow suits in the workshop that are uncommonly dirty, odorous, ambiguously stained, or any other reason that could be assumed a biohazard.Repairs and Damages
- Damages to the suit done by shipping may or may not be repaired. Little Kitty Creations will file an insurance claim in which the package will be investigated. Little Kitty Creations runs on a tight schedule, and in some cases, there is not enough time to repair every costume damaged by shipping. Recall that each package is insured.
- Shipping of the suit back and forth, extra materials, and time will be paid by the buyer. The cost will depend on the extensiveness of damages.
- I have the right to refuse repairs on suits that I deem are cause of negligence and poor care, or if I simply do not have time in my schedule to fix the suit within a requested time frame.
- The buyer must wash their suit before they send it to me for repairs. Little Kitty Creations will not work on suits that have stains from bodily fluids or smoke smell.Payment and Shipping
- Little Kitty Creations accepts payment via Stripe and payment plans via Etsy. The buyer has the option to use a payment plan with Klarna or other third-party applications. This is the only type of payment plan accepted; no other plans are accepted through any other means.
- The buyer will pay the full cost of the suit if they are not on a payment plan. The buyer is expected to pay shipping when the suit is finished. Insurance is not an option - it will be included no matter what.
- Any additional fees, such as customs fees, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- The item will be shipped out after the funds have been fully paid and finished processing.
- Chargebacks or unwarranted refunds are cause for legal action. If you have a problem with one of my suits, please contact me first. Additionally, inappropriate behavior will result in blacklisting.Liability
- I am not responsible for any bodily damages or harm you may experience while wearing one of my suits. Please keep in mind that staying hydrated, taking breaks, and keeping cool is essential to avoiding heat stroke or dehydration.
- Additionally, the wearer’s vision can be significantly blocked in a fursuit, which is normal. Please take extra care to be aware of your surroundings.Copyright and Usage
- I reserve the right to use my artwork and creations for marketing.
- I reserve the right to post photos of my artwork and creations for any reason.
- The buyer agrees to credit my work and will not claim my work as their own.
- The buyer will not use my work as a reference or attempt to copy/recreate my work.
- Claiming my work as your own, copying my work, and attempting to recreate my work is copyright infringement and will be dealt with in the court of law.Personal Information
- Personal information regarding the buyer’s address and name will be kept for legal formalities after the suit is shipped and kept safely in my records. It shall never be disclosed to any person or company UNLESS there is a legal issue or payment dispute with a payment method. These records can be destroyed upon request after 6 months.
- The buyer agrees to never disclose my own personal information (address, full legal name, etc) with anyone for any reason.Scamming, Defamation, Harassment
- Any attempts to scam, defame, or harass me will void any entitlement the buyer has to their refund and further legal action may be considered.
- Any person claiming a work of mine is their own will be blacklisted. Legal action will be considered. Please respect my work.
- Unwarranted chargebacks will result in legal action and blacklisting.
- Further inappropriate behavior will result in blacklisting, and yes, legal action will be considered.
- Minors that attempt to circumvent my policies and use their parents funds to purchase from my Etsy shop will be permanently blacklisted from my shop - this means forever, even when they are adults. Please purchase responsibly.
- Please discuss it with me first if you have a problem with your order. I am almost always flexible and prefer honest communication.
